We all have habits that we wish we didn’t. Biting our nails, eating our emotions, too much screen time, or always being late. Sometimes these habits cause real problems in our lives. Gambling can cause financial and relationship problems. Pornography usage can harm intimate relationships. Social media can cause us to neglect our IRL friends and family. Whatever these harmful habits are in your life, you shouldn’t be ashamed, we all have things we wish we could change. Sometimes changing those habits is harder than “just don’t do it” and we need someone to walk alongside us as we improve ourselves. Together we will work to curb those harmful habits to either healthy amounts or eliminate them completely. You set your expectations, and we will work together to achieve your goals.
